Hi. I’m Kendrick.
But if you’re part of my family, you probably call me Kenny.

About three years ago, my life changed in the best possible way. I was adopted from King’s Harvest after making a pretty long journey from Oklahoma. I already knew and answered to the name Kendrick, so my new family decided not to give me a new one. 

My future people were looking at King's Harvest for an older dog to adopt when my picture popped up on the phone.

You know how humans say “love at first sight”? That was us. The second we met, I knew that these were my people. 

I was comfortable in my new home five minutes and two seconds after I walked into the house.

I didn’t hesitate.
I didn’t second guess.
I just settled in.

I was nuzzling my people right away, soaking up all the love I could.

Even my kennel didn’t bother me at first since it made me feel safe. These days, I mostly just pop in there for meals. b

And guess what?
A fence was built just for me.

That’s when it really hit me. I wasn’t just visiting. I belonged here.
